UX UI Project-Design a weather forecast web app
It was an amazing experience while designing this web app. I got to learn about various new design and prototype techniques. It was an assignment that I had to complete within ‘Three’ days. I was so excited to complete this task that I finished this task within 2.5 days. It was a great satisfaction for me.
I designed this web app in Figma. I personally prefer to work in Figma more. The reason is very obvious as it is Figma is easy to use and it’s developer handoff is easier and more intuitive. Though I do work in Adobe XD as well. But for this one I was asked to work in Figma.
In the design process I priorities the user centric design. I kept the UI easy to understand. I used ‘Poppins’ ‘Roboto’ and ‘Roboto condensed’ Fonts. I used icons which are familiar to users. I made some custom icons as well. Overall I tried to kept the whole user flow easy, simple and less fancy.
